Adding your business is free and takes just a few minutes. Click "Add Your Business" above, fill in your business details (name, address, category, hours, etc.), and submit. Your listing will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.
If your business is already listed (added by a user or our team), you can claim it to gain full management access. Click "Claim Now" above, enter your business details, and verify ownership. Once approved, you can update your listing information, add photos, and respond to reviews.
Once you've claimed your listing and have an account, log in and go to your Dashboard. Under "My Listings" you'll see an Edit button for each of your listings. You can update your address, phone number, hours, photos, and description at any time.
Yes — business owners who have claimed their listing can respond publicly to any review. Responding to reviews, especially negative ones, shows customers you care about their experience. Log in, find the review on your listing, and click "Reply."
We take review integrity seriously. If you believe a review violates our content guidelines (fake, defamatory, or irrelevant), click the "Report" button on the review. Our team will investigate within 3–5 business days. Please note that we cannot remove reviews simply because they are negative.
Photos can be added when submitting or editing your listing. We recommend uploading high-quality images of your storefront, interior, products, and team. Listings with photos receive significantly more views than those without.
We offer several advertising options including featured listings (appearing at the top of search results), banner ads, and category sponsorships. Visit our Advertise page to learn about current packages and pricing.
To remove your listing, log in to your Dashboard, go to "My Listings," and contact us via the Contact page with your request. We'll process the removal within 2 business days.
